I’ve been talking to a few fertility clients lately about life and the everyday choices we make in our short time here. 
What are the things that matter... ? like, truly matter? : our family, our friends, spending time in nature and spending some QT with ourselves. It may seem simple but it seems to be easy to lose sight of, especially when things don’t quite go as planned. .
One things for certain, this sacred place checks ALL my boxes 👆🏻Can’t wait to slow down, swim for miles, cook my dinner over an open fire and watch the sun go down 💙

As my ski season winds to a close and spring is well in bloom, I’m left feeling rather inspired. Over the past year I’ve been working with so many women and athletes who have been struggling with Hypothalamic Amenorrhea. I’m happy to report that over 90% have see the return of their monthly cycles and all report an awesome improvement in their health🙌🏻 You ladies are AMAZING Check out my latest blog post that answers some common questions I’ve been getting about my own recovery and shares some great resources. So why this pic? Well damn, I just want to live to ski until I’m 100 and having HA means there is no way your bones will hold you up to ski your brains out for another 50 years 🤣 ⛷
